Design Thinking, Creativity, and Empathy for Lawyers Susanne is a creative legal professional, and currently works as Program Manager with the Office of Dispute Resolution for the Colorado Courts. Susanne practiced law in the Netherlands, and has been an author, trainer, and information designer in Visual Thinking for Lawyers for almost 20 years. She is a freelance visual thinking facilitator, and an APPA certified philosophical counselor.
