Olivia Fürst, Brazil - Integrative Lawyers of the World Series 5, Episode 6

Episode Summary

Olivia Fürst is an Integrative and Collaborative Lawyer and Mediator. She worked as a mediator and observer for the Compensation Chamber for Flight 447, of Air France (a chamber created to indemnify the relatives of the victims of the air accident. This experience had a profound effect on Olivia, after which she began to dedicate herself exclusively to peaceful methods of conflicts. In 2013, she won the X Edition of the Innovare Award in the Advocacy category with the text “Collaborative Practices in Family Law”. In 2014, she co-founded the Brazilian Institute of Collaborative Practices – IBPC. Olivia is a collaborative law trainer certified by the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP) and a guest speaker at different institutions. She has several articles published in magazines and specialized books.
